As a child, Judith was constantly drawing; however, she did not participate in extensive art workshops or classes until retiring in 2001 and moving to Mt. Pleasant. Since that time, Judith has traveled to workshops in Canada, throughout the USA, Italy and Greece. Most of her work is in pastel, but she is always attracted to watercolor. Recently she has concentrated on painting portraits of people and animals. Her artwork can be seen at the Lowcountry Gallery downtown. She also teaches semi-private pastel lessons in her Flying Pig Studio.
