As an exhibiting member of the Charleston Artist Guild and the Mount Pleasant Artist Guild you may found her work at the Charleston Artist Guild Gallery in Charleston, SC. as well as the Perspective Gallery in Mount Pleasant, SC. During her early years as an artist, Ginny Versteegen attended Carnegie Melon pre college classes in Pittsburgh PA. She went on to study art at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where she received a degree in Art Education. Her advanced studies include Queens College in Charlotte, NC and Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC as well as the University Oviedo in Spain. Through the years, Versteegen has painted in the United States and Europe. Having resided in Holland , Brazil and Spain, her work has an international flair. After teaching art in many schools across the country, Versteegen has now made her home in Mount Pleasant, SC.
